There is panic at the Uganda-Kenya Lwakhakha border in Lwakhakha Town Council, Namisindwa District, after an attack on a local money lender who lost 14 million Shillings to robbers.
According to Muhamed Kisongotsi, the LCIII Chairperson of Lwakhakha Town Council, the victim is David Mayukuma, who has been lending money at the border.
The LCIII Chairperson stated that Mayukuma was forced to hand over the money to the attackers Monday before they fled the scene.
