Bahati garnered 23,759 votes, representing 48.3 percent. Edwards Mwesigwa polled only 416 votes, representing 0.8 per cent.

Speaking to journalists after being declared the winner, a 37-year-old Naturinda described his victory as a victory for all of the Ndorwa West residents. He committed to serving Ndorwa West County with honesty, transparency, and dedication.

He called for unity within the NRM, urging all party members to rally together for the greater good of the constituency. Bahati has been a member of Parliament for Ndorwa West County since 2006.

Meanwhile, Fortunate Habyara Gatete, former Commissioner of the Uganda police force, has been declared the winner for Bufumbira North constituency.
