Minister for General Duties, Office of Prime Minister, Justine Kasule Lumumba was chief guest at swearing in ceremony of Jinja District LC V Chairperson Moses Batwala Mbago and his councillors at Namagera this afternoon.
She has told him to reconcile with his detractors and move forward. She has promised to foot a bill of induction for the councillors in case government delays. Chairman Moses Batwalaextended reconciliation with all his opponents.
Regional Commissioner Kampala and former MP Kagoma South Richard Mbagadi Nkayi and Kaalie Loy were present as were the ARDCs; Betty Aliyina Mulemeezi and George Bameka plus the Deputy DISO.
