Prison warden Moses Anguyo has earned himself a death sentence after being convicted of murdering four people, including two public servants and a one-and-a-half-year-old child.

The High Court also sentenced Anguyo to two years’ imprisonment on each of two counts of aggravated robbery and three years for one count of threatening violence.

He was further ordered to pay compensation of 35,000 shillings for the stolen trousers and 25,000 shillings for an Arsenal jersey. Trial Judge, Lady Justice Jane Okuo Kajuga, considered both aggravating and mitigating circumstances before handing down the sentences-URN.
