Journalist Baker Batte is disappointed with fellow newsmen and women acredited to cover parliament. In a recent social media post Batte branded them cowards and hypocrites.

He says he can’t believe that parliamentary journalists have kept quiet for all these years and avoided criticizing Anita Among yet they knew all her deals.

He wonders why up to today, the journalists on the parliament press whatsapp forums have remained too scared to give their views as the rest of the country debates Anita Among’d scandals.

Batte says the journalists should stop criticizing others for fearing to do their work because they are not any better.

Fellow journalists defended themselves by saying they decided to concentrate on didcussing football matches because it was the only way to be safe and avoid being arrested and destroyed by Among.

They made it clear that AAA had planted a lot of spies on them and anyone who criticizes her can quickly be fired and have their accreditation canceled.

Batte made it clear that he regrets belonging to a fraternity of such cowards whose free speech rights can be violated and they do nothing-Give us feedback on this story through our email: kamwokyatimes@gmail.com
