After having a bad day in court on Wednesday, minister Justin Namere recorded and released a Tik Tok video. In the short video, she attacked NUP lawyer Sam Muyizi who led her political rival Rose Naluboowa Musajjaakawa’s legal team to cross examine her in court.
She attacked him for being a poor lawyer driving cheap cars like Toyota Wish and also for misleading Nalubowa to sue her even when she doesn’t have a good case. Namere said Muyizi was not as good a lawyer the way NUP foot soldiers take her to be.
She made it clear that Nalubowa is going to suffer paying her a lot of costs because she chose to have a team of struggling lawyers who are always losing cases. She said Muyizi doesn’t have a record of winning big cases, unlike her own lawyers.
She also went after him personally by saying he was left in the court compound unhappily standing next to his cheap car Toyota Wish as her wealth lawyers drove off in very expensive cars. She said Muyizi is not busy like her lawyers which is why he has time to stay in the court compound to address media reporters.
She said her lawyers don’t have that time because they have many other big cases to handle in other courts. Namere also personally attacked Nalubowa saying she is sexually cheap and is going to be divorced very soon by Mr. Musajjaakawa because of domestic violence.
She said Nalubowa has no moral authority to say she is bad-mannered because she is stably married unlike her who isn’t successful in marriage. She vowed to release the list of men in Nalubowa’s life if the elderly NUP candidate doesn’t stop calling her bad-mannered.
Muyizi, who is rich and not poor as Namere claimed, has said he won’t be intimidated by the crude tactics Namere has resorted to. One of the embarrassing questions Nalubowa’s lawyers asked was to require Namere to prove she is a lawyer by profession and enrolled. This angered many people in the camp of Namere, who was cross examined via zoom because she was unable to physically be in court.
