In a series of tweets on Tuesday morning the Ugandan CDF general Muhoozi Kainerugaba promised to identify men who are dwarfs when it comes to bed room matters and vowed to have all of them sent to jail.
He said that as a big man in the politics of the country and the boss of security in the country, he is not prepared to continue keeping quiet when women’s human rights are being violated by men who deny them conjugal satisfaction.
The very entertaining army commander who is likes cracking jokes, said it had come to his attention that many men in Uganda finish within one minute-and some of them finish even before reaching one minute. The CDF said this is unacceptable torture of Uganda’s very beautiful women and promised to use his powers to identify and punish such men.
Kainerugaba, who is Uganda’s next president after being endorsed by his father Museveni who will be leading his campaigns for president, wondered how such men manage to make women pregnant if they can’t last beyond one minute. Because they fear to face the basement, none of Uganda’s opposition leaders was willing to criticize general CDF for his stand against such non-performing men in Kampala.
General Kainerugaba said Uganda is now in ‘struggle tax’ mode and suggested that men who fail to sexually satisfy their women will have to be fined a special tax of Ugx100,000 per disappointment.
‘Women should start timing their men. If they don’t finish 1 minute they owe you 100,000. They also owe URA 100,000. All known/identified [such] useless men must report to the nearest police station in 2 months. From there they will be transported to a government prison.’ He stated in a tweet which registered 154k views within just 2 hours.
‘You are laughing but I’m giving exactly 2 months for [such] useless men to hand themselves over peacefully. If you can’t last more than 1 minute and impregnate a woman we are going to arrest you. You are a useless man! And for useless men who consistently do nothing with women, we are introducing a one-year prison term.’
The CDF also advised men on some of the diet whose intake they must avoid or reduce-cornflakes and milk-and those which they must increase taking-matooke and beans.
