During budget reading at Kololo on Thursday, president Museveni praised his favorite minister Justine Namere and narrated how he defended her against a group of corrupt mafia actors in Masaka.

Museveni added that the realized the ‘quarrelsome’ Namere was a very good person when he organized a harmonization meeting in Masaka and majority NRM cadres complained how she is a bad-mannered person.

Museveni said this is the character he needs to whip the corrupt and lazy government officials in the district local governments where Justin Namere has been deployed.

Museveni excitedly mentioned Namere’s name and also talked about her boss the new local government minister Balaam Barugahara branding him cantankerous. He is proud of that combination and he is sure they are going to deliver.

As Namere’s star continues to rise, a top muganda minister who hates her has had his latest scandals exposed.

A hotel owner along Entebbe road at Kitende has instructed a top Kampala law firm to file a court case to force the minister to pay millions of money in lodge fees which have been accumulated for several months. The youthful minister is rarely in office and instead spends most of his time in the Kitende lodge working on young girls and women.

The minister, who has a sex slaughter house in Gaba where he keeps bringing his mistresses for sex marathons, chases away his driver and bodyguard and parks at a washing bay or petrol station near his favorite Kitende lodge. He then walks into the lodge where the girl is already waiting.

The minister, whose very high sex libido continues to shock fellow politicians, already has several official women and adds countless young girls on them.

He books into the Kitende lodge at least thrice a week, coming with a different girl at every occasion.

He is indiscriminate and will get girls from among cheap restaurant waitresses, ushers at public functions, supermarket and pump attendants. Because the owner of the Kitende lodge is his good friend, the manager has been respectful and never pestering the energetic minister to pay the lodge fees. But recently, the manager was warned by the owner to recover all the money from the minister or lose his job.

When things soured due to unpaid bills, the minister abandoned the Kitende lodge and shifted to Gaba where he recently bought a residential house. He lives in that house alone and neighbors are already disturbed to see him bring in a new girl every evening.

The low-profile minister sits in office for a few hours and rushes home in Gaba to catch up on his sex marathons.

The boys who sell the libido-enhancing PUTULU like him very much for being their regular customer. He just rings the phone and boda guy delivers. It’s what he is using to keep such a high sex performance. The problem is that he sometimes doesn’t pay for the PUTULU immediately and even some girls complain of unfulfilled promises relating to money and job offers.

When he gets tired of Gaba, the minister relocates to Mityana road near Nansana where he has paid five years in advance- renting four well fenced residential houses, which are next to each other. He has a young woman in each of these fenced homes and one of them is a singer.

After being reappointed recently to cabinet, the minister told close friends that his target is to impregnate four young girls annually for the next five years of Museveni’s term. He says he must produce an average of four children every year, whether his official wives, some of whom have turned to witch-craft, like it or not.

He has kept his word so far because he has already impregnated two girls working at Kenjoy supermarket in Nansana, including a cashier called Magalita. She is angry after realizing that the sexually perverted honorable is also going out with one of her friends working at the same supermarket.

The two girls a few days ago fought in the parking lot where the honorable had parked to meet one of them. He was delivering to her the latest version of the I-phone he had just bought for her during a foreign trip.

The same minister likes bragging to close pals how he has ever had a girlfriend in almost every town of Uganda.

He is also among those who hate minister Justin Nameere with a passion, although it’s very clear that she is simply unstoppable. The same minister made a lot of money in the last campaigns and bought many commercial buildings in Kampala surburbs. Give us feedback on this story through our email: kamwokyatimes@gmail.com.
