You Aren’t as Important as You Think! Kasibante Moses of DA Tells Off Muwanga Kivumbi of NUP

Former MP Moses Kasibante of opposition Mpuuga’s DA has asked Muwanga Kivumbi of opposition NUP of Kyagulanyi to stop behaving as if he is the first person to be deputy president of a political party in Uganda.

They were on CBS where Muwanga said Abed Bwanika of DA is too small and dense for him to respond to.

Bwanika on Saturday was on CBS and criticized Muwanga for being a treacherous politician. He said it couldn’t Muwanga to undermine Mathias Mpuuga, a man who looked after him and used to buy for him kikomando when he was a homeless pauper on Kampala streets.

Muwanga said he is too big to respond to a small man like Abed Bwanika. He told moderator Med Nsereko that Bwanika is a failing politician for whom he doesn’t have time because the voters in Masaka will soon give him his level.

Kasibante told Muwanga to stop belittling people because Abed Bwanika isn’t that small and useless. He added that being deputy president for a small political party called NUP doesn’t mean Muwanga is very powerful and more important than Bwanika.

Kasibante wondered why Muwanga depends on wheel barrow pushers, grave diggers, poor farmers & carpenters, coffin makers and boda riders to get votes to become MP and have a job for himself every 5 years if indeed low ranked people don’t matter.

“Bwana Muwanga you can’t go campaigning for votes from wheel barrow pushers and then come here to say you are too important and that ordinary people don’t matter. If you can despise Dr. Abed Bwanika, your fellow MP like that, how much contempt then can you have for the ordinary people who send you to parliament to get a job for yourself every after 5 years?” Kasibante wondered.

Muwanga tried the divide and rule card by saying Kasibante is much better than Abed Bwanika, which is why he comes to CBS every Wednesday evening to debage issues of national importance with him unlike Bwanika who he said is too low and full of propaganda. Kasibante refused to be swayed and asked Muwanga to respond to the real issues of ductatorship and lack of transparent elections inside NUP as Bwanika stated.

Muwanga said he can’t sit in the studio with Abed Bwanika because he is full of lies and propaganda.

Some of the listeners calling in the studio program wondered how Muwanga can lead as Buganda caucus chairman when he despises some members and says he can’t sit with them on one table because he thinks he is too claver for them. Give us feedback on this story through our email: kamwokyatimes@gmail.com
