TheNational Resistance Movement (NRM) aspirants in Oyam District have praised the joint campaigns, describing them as a unifying model that promotes transparency, discipline, and peace.

The NRM Party in Oyam District is set to launch its joint campaigns for aspirants on Friday, starting in Myene Sub County, as part of preparations for the upcoming party primaries.

Jackline Adong, NRM Election Officer for Oyam district, confirmed to aspirants on Thursday that campaigns will run before July 17th, the polling day.

Moses Opito, aspiring MP for Oyam South, commended joint campaigning, describing it as a step towards healing and cooperation.

Bonny Oyite, who is vying for the LCV Chairperson seat, noted that joint campaigns would help reduce the chances of blackmail and political tension, allowing candidates to focus on the party’s development agenda.

Bless Ajok, an aspirant for District Woman MP, urged voters to attend campaign events in large numbers and listen carefully to each candidate’s message, so they to make informed choices that reflect the values and goals of the NRM party.
