Inside Kyagulanyi’s plan to make Rubongoya prime minister as Joel Ssenyonyi takes Alupo’s VP job

The Kampala Journey X account, which is the clandestine mouth piece of NUP party, has indicated who will hold which juicy cabinet position should Kyagulanyi win and become president on Thursday.

The pseudo X account which always leaks NUP stuff to help Kyagulanyi gauge the public opinion, on Wednesday posted a teaser post indicating the as president, Kyagulanyi will make Joel Ssenyonyi his vice president Rubongoya the prime minister.

Katana Benjamin is to seve as minister for finance, Muwanga Kivumbi security, Lutamaguzi Ssemakula information, Alex Waiswa Mufumbiro presidency, Betty  Nambooze gender, Shamim Nambasa health deputised by Dr. Judith Nalukwago and others.

Lawyer George Musisi from Kira municipality of PACE advocates is Kyagulanyi’s attorney general to-be, deputized by counsel Nasser Mudiobole of Iganga.

Shamim Malende is to replace Norbert Mao as minister of justice & constitutional affairs. Masaka’s Gyavira Lubowa is to take up the role of minister for agriculture, trade & cooperatives. Karim Masaba of Mbale is to be the minister of energy and natural resources etc.

The post by the Kampala Journal must be reflective of Kyagulanyi’s thinking and how his cabinet will look like should he win to become Uganda’s next president.
