Nandala Mafabi and POA have promised to remain friends and to always be there for each other for the rest of their life. During a media gathering at Najjanankumbi, POA said he fears that some FDCs might abandon Nandala when the going gets tough as he runs for presidency in 2026.
Amuriat assured Nandala that he will stick to him even if it will mean remaining just the two of them inside FDC.
In 2021, when he stood for president, POA was abandoned by many FDC officials because they knew that associating with him would make them to lose elections. He thinks that even Nandala is going to face the same problem.
At the same function, Nandala asked Ugandans to bear with his bad spoken english and still vote for him because he is a performer and man of action who is not good at words.
