The Government Chief Whip, Hon. Denis Hamson Obua, on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, donated wheelchairs to persons with disabilities in Amugu Sub-county, Alebtong District.
This gesture reflects his commitment to promoting inclusivity and improving the quality of life for vulnerable members of the community.
Speaking during the handover, Hon. Obua said, “A society is only as strong as its ability to care for its most vulnerable members. These wheelchairs are not just tools for movement; they are an investment in dignity, opportunity, and self-reliance.”
