Makindye east MP Ali Nganda Mulyanyama has declared war on the Katikkiro of Buganda Peter Mayiga. Mulyanyama says that Museveni was under too much pressure which has been created by Kyagulanyi and NUP and that the meeting at Bulange between Katikkiro and Museveni’s ministers helped the incumbent to clean his image and deflect on public pressure.
Mulyanyama says that if the Katikkiro was genuine and not working for the dictator, he should have refused to meet Museveni’s cabinet members who were led by Vice President Jessica Alupo.
Mulyanyama says that Museveni became very much scared when the Kabaka sent the Katikkiro to go and meet Erias Lukwago’s family members and bring them food.
Mulyanyama says that this put Museveni under pressure and gave him sleepless nights, which is why he sent Alupo and other ministers to go and divert Buganda from the real issues of the day.
Mulyanyama says that Museveni was becoming very weak politically because of the Lukwago saga and the pressure Kyagulanyi has created on him in the US where he lives.
He says that the Katikkiro should have refused to meet Alupo to show that he is not on the side of the dictator. He says Katikkiro will end up regretting and being hated by Baganda because of what he did.
He adds that he knows a lot of deals between Museveni and people at Mengo which NUP foot soldiers will reveal to the public at the right time.
Mulyanyama, the MP who has refused to speak in parliament where his voters sent him to represent them from and prefers to talk only on radio and TV, made the criticism of the Katikkiro while appearing on Baba Tv under John Bosco Kisitu.
Katikkiro’s supporters have challenged him to speak on the floor of parliament instead of concentrating on media talk shows. He has been tasked to explain what he has done for voters who elected him last January-Give us feedback on this story through our email: kamwokyatimes@gmail.com
