Nakaseke Central also changed representation after State Minister for Kampala Metropolitan Affairs Kyofatogabye Kabuye defeated National Unity Platform (NUP) candidate Allan Mayanja Ssebunya. Kyofatogabye secured 13,678 votes, while Ssebunya polled 8,178 votes.

For the Nakaseke District Woman Member of Parliament seat, incumbent MP Sarah Najjuma retained her position after obtaining 55,455 votes. Her closest challenger, Esther Nakawooya of the NUP, finished second with 26,875 votes.
