The Masaka city woman MP Juliet Kakande says that she spoke to MP Sewanyana Allan after the last week press conference at Kavule where Kyagulanyi used him to implicate Mathias Mpuuga in the arrest of MPs Ssewanyana and Muhammed Ssegirinya who is now dead.

Kakande who is a chief supporter and defender of Mathias Mpuuga says that Ssewanyana is regretting what he said and why he turned up for the NUP event at Kavule that day.

She says that Ssewanyana needs prayers because he is too stressed and might get depression.

She says that Ssewanyana was ambushed and set up by Kyagulanyi whose aim was to destroy him politically. She says the environment at Kavule that day was very difficilt and Ssewanyana shouldn’t be blamed because he didn’t have many options apart from saying what tyrant Kyagulanyi wanted.

Kyagulanyi was very harsh to him and people in the audience were all foot soldiers who were ready to harm Ssewanyans if he refused to say what Kyagulanyi wanted.

Kakande says that people should feel sorry and be sympathetic to Allan Ssewanyana instead of being annoyed at him.

She says even Kyagulanyi himself is emotionally disturbed like Ssewanyana and they both need help as opposed to anyone being angry at them.

Kakande says its now clear that people who lost loved ones should be angry at Kyagulanyi and not anyone else because it seems he knew the truth about the bijambiya operations in Masaka and how it was planned yet he kept quiet and never spoke put spilling the secrets up to this day.

Kakande says that those who lost loved ones should task Kyagulanyi to explain and answer all the hard questions because he has shown very clearly that there is a lot that he knows. Give us feedback on this story through our email: kamwokyatimes@gmail.com
