President Yoweri Museveni was on Tuesday sworn in for a seventh term. The colorful ceremony at Kololo Ceremonial grounds was attended by a mammoth gathering, including foreign dignitaries, local and regional political actors, and the ruling NRM party supporters who backed him to extend his rule in power beyond 40 years.
