The disgruntled Mawokota south MP Yusuf Nsibambi has said that, of all people, Joel Ssenyonyi has no moral authority to discuss him and accuse him of being a total sell out simply because he met with president Museveni.
Ssenyonyi called him a political broker and merchant who has resorted to vending fellow fading opposition politicians to Museveni to raise money to be able to pay off debts and make ends meet.
Though he claims to be very rich, the bitter truth is that Nsibambi is currently chocking on debts and bad health.
On Parliament yamwe program Nsibambi said Ssenyonyi was a nobody until he taught him law at Makerere faculty of law and that’s how he got the confidence to begin talking in public.
Nsibambi added that Ssenyonyi shouldn’t think that he is the only one who is entitled to benefit from Museveni’s government and money.
He added that Ssenyonyi has a budget of 4bn given to him by Museveni’s government, which he controls the way he wants because even the auditor general doesn’t look into his expenditures as LoP.
Nsibambi said that such a person has benefited a lot from president Museveni and has no moral credibility to criticise him for taking fellow opposition MPs to Museveni.
He said NUP bosses fought him and they are now very angry because the team he took to Museveni last week had three of their new MPs.
Nsibambi also keeps bragging how he is the one who used to fund Kyagulanyi before his NUP party became strong and started pocketing IPOD billions.
NUP insiders say that Nsibambi is a poor man who is full of malala or pride and he has never had anything to offer their principal who has always been a rich man right from childhood.
Nsibambi has also opened a war on Kyagulanyi saying he is ekiwaani man who lied to Ugandans about the protest vote and went into hiding when it was time to lead the fight against vote rigging.
He says he has evidence that Museveni won the elections of last month and Kyagulanyi lost because he failed to mobilize and opened war on everyone in opposition who had a better brain than his.
Nsibambi says that when he met Museveni he only pleaded for the release of Muwanga Kivumbi (and not Bobi Wine) because he is a good man and his wife Zahara Nampewo is his boss at Mak law school where she serves as the deputy principal.
He also taught Zahara some years ago when she was a student at Makerere. Nsibambi says NUP is full of dwarfs like Zzaake, who can’t even write one sentence in english. He doubts Zzaake can even write his name properly.
